About the Owners
Robert and Jennifer Wolfe are the owners of Whisper Creek Day Spa and the Ivy Beauty Bar. Their inspiration for the spa comes from years of traveling around the globe and desire to bring the best of five-star luxury and indulgence to the greater Bluffton, Hilton Head and Beaufort area in the growing self-care industry.
Relocating from Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2021, the couple has been married for twenty-two years. They fell in love with Hilton Head Island years ago and decided to relocate permanently to the area with a plan to build a business together that would provide affordable indulgence for health and wellness.
Robert’s career as an entrepreneur began in 1979 when he started a Val Pak franchise in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew it to one of the largest franchise groups in the country before starting Reach Magazine and local advertising publishing businesses throughout the Midwest. He successfully sold his businesses in the late 1990s and has invested in real estate throughout the mid-west and southeast since then. Jen started a law firm at the age of 28 in the year 2000 and grew it into the largest woman owned intellectual property law firm in the country working with Fortune 500 companies around the globe. She is an accomplished author with five business books endorsed by senior executives from companies such as Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, the Motion Picture Association of America, GE, Scripps Networks, Uber, Richemont and more. She now consults corporate boards of directors on technology disruption and the future work and serves as a Leadership Fellow and Faculty member for the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Robert and Jennifer are thrilled to now be local business owners and operators in the low country and look forward to becoming more engaged in the community.
