Shipping Policy 

View shipping details

In the Shipping Details section, you can view information about the address the order was shipped to and the shipping method.


The section displays the following:

  • The address or addresses to which the order was shipped.

  • The shipping method.

  • A Track Shipments button.

View tracking references

The items in an order may be shipped in one or more packages. You may need to track these shipments to determine their status. The Agent Console provides information on each of the packages associated with an order.

To track the packages:

Search for the order.

Under Shipping Details, click Track Shipments. The Tracking Shipments dialog appears, showing the name of the carrier or carriers and a tracking reference link for each package.


Click the link for the package you are investigating.

The link directs you to the carrier site where the information on the chosen package is displayed. The number of lines in the Tracking Shipment dialog corresponds to the number of packages associated with the order.

How can I track my order?

1. Go to your Account. (Note: If you haven’t registered yet, simply click the same link to create an account now.)

2. Go to the order you want to track.

3. Click Tracking Number below the item (some items may have been shipped separately).

How do I find my order number?

There are three ways to find your Order Number:


1. Check your email’s inbox or spam for the order confirmation.

2. Create a Account using the email address you provided at purchase. Find your order number under your Order History.

3. For delivered packages, find it under the message field on your packing slip.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

Products are shipped from the US, with warehouses located in the East and West Coasts.

We've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only top-quality products are delivered to you in no time. For international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.

What causes a delayed delivery?

Here are some possible cases where delays occur:

Return to sender, Insufficient Address, Failed delivery attempts – Couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package. Contact the courier or shipping provider ASAP -- they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If it is returned to us, simply CONTACT US so we can resend it.

Custom Clearance – Your tracking status will be updated after your package has been cleared and released. For more information about your delivery, you can also contact your local post office or delivery service provider.

Holidays – A sudden or unexpected increase in delivery volume is most common during the holiday season. Simply follow up with your local post office to track down your package.

Weather conditions – Bad weather can slow down the transit and cause a delay. Please keep track of your order.

If for any reason your order is stuck or lost in transit, don’t worry. We’ll send you a replacement for FREE!
